I'm little lost on the issue outside of your intends being pretty off

it removes it from my inv

and all the stuff

just not the xp

then I don't believe it's related to skript but your command usage make sure that's correct
but since you have skbee you can just do add 100 to total experience of player

add 100 to total experience of player

now it doesnt take the paper

vanilla skript player's level should really check docs over just asking these tho
