Bring back pounce for novaraptors on survival

People had fun with it long ago when testing the revamped survival.
Also, i don't see why not. Makes gameplay scarier and funnier.

I think the main issue is that it's a very common enemy that can kill off a solo survival run pretty much instantly

Maybe if there were something to check whether or not more than one human was in the server

But for now I prefer it being ovi exclusive

The pounce is the only thing making Oviraptor a unique enemy to come across and Novaraptor is way too common for them to spam pounce all the time
