Are there any good N64 emulators that offer netplay? Specifically on Android?
I'd say the best Windows one is Simple64. Very painless netplay experience all things considered, but there doesn't appear to be an iteration of it on Android.

mupen64plus. This is what the Mario Party discord uses for android. I assume you can play any game on it though.
