Got the emulator to run but I'm having some serious micro stuttering every now and then when I try to play the game offline. Running on a r5 3600 and 2080 so I dont think hardware is the issue.

are you playing in full screen? performance on windowed mode is poor

make sure to use glide and set your fullscreen resolution in graphics plugin settings to your monitor's native res.
in emulator settings you can check a box to fullscreen automatically on startup. alt+enter toggles fullscreen

Hey so with these setting im having trouble making the emulator fit my screen lmao

this is how it ends up looking and then just bleeds into my other monitor

also i dont see any option to force fullscreen from the start I just alt enter it

Did u try 1920x1080 instead

and yeah try 1080p, is your monitor really 1440p?

I remember Cody had a similar issue a long time ago, I think he fixed it by setting his monitor to 1080p while playing and running it with full screen resolution set to 1080p, could try that #1106034238370877450 message
