He's running the emulator from the smash 64 online website (Project64KSE.exe). it says it's open in task manager, tried redownloading multiple times, all drivers are up to date, restarted his computer, but the emulator won't open at all. All the files looked like they were properly downloaded. His computer is more than powerful enough and it runs windows 11. There isn't any crash alerts or pop-ups, it just straight up does not open at all. Any help would be appreciated

@thorny grotto hey im having this same issue, running windows 7 compatability mode didnt help neither did the visual c++ download
the emulator worked fine then i changed one plug in and it never worked again LOL
tried to reinstall etc

it worked before i fiddled with the plugins
