You have not stated any requirements beyond it being non-PVP focused and gathering. Any other things you like from the rest of the games that you would like to see? Easier to make recommendations from there.

I've been enjoying LOTRO if you're keen. It has a MSQ like many of the games you've played before and no forced PvP. It has dungeons, raids but only typically at end-game. In terms of social-wise, each server tend to be chatty and guilds (kinship) will be your go-to.
However, it's not as populated as the other games you've played.
Maybe one of those mindcraft servers perhaps?
