Your best bet when it comes to PvP is Albion
If Albion gameplay is not for you then you have to stick with BDO honestly
GW2 has something a bit similar (WvW) but its less frequent and I dont really compare it to BDO

Besides GW2, there's also ESO. I think both of those have a low cap on gear reducing the grind / cost of getting gear.
