What are you looking for?:
An MMO where social relationships and teamwork are important to achieve economic/industrial goals.

What games have you previously played?:
Eve (10 years+), Mortal Online/Mortal Online 2, Face of Mankind, Entropia Universe, Prosperous Universe, Mabinogi, ArcheAge (a long time ago), Black Desert Online (sparingly), Albion (sparingly).

What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?:
Semi-casual. I don't have a huge amount of time to dedicate every day to the game, but I can dedicate to one game.

Any preferred mechanics?:
Open world, deep economy, trading system. UO-style skill system would be cool, but not a dealbreaker.

Anything specific you want to exclude?:
Games with small populations, aging MMOs surviving only on a few hundred nostalgic players.
Edit: ArcheAge's labor point system was pretty annoying. I think Albion has something similar, 'energy' or a similar mechanic that smacks of mobile games.

Why not UO?

I’ve been pitched UO-Outlands before, but it just doesn’t seem to click with me. The resource systems felt a bit undifferentiated at first glance
