What is the importance of gear?

Characters don’t have big stats on their own, so your gear does the heavy lifting!

Front row = prioritize armor with high defense and durability
Main DPS = prioritize weapons with high attack power

What are the recommended gears?

Ideally you should aim to obtain the [SR] Viscera Collector MK 0 and [SSR] Simulated Stars for each squad member.

1. [SR] **Viscera Collector MK 0 ** Weapon
   - Using [Leader Skill] restores 0.4 Cost. This effect stacks.

(Can be equipped by support characters to help recover cost. Suitable for long-term use. Obtaining multiple copies is recommended!)

2. [SSR] Simulated Stars Armor
   - Using [Leader Skill] restores 5% HP. This effect stacks.

(Can be equipped by any characters to help heal HP. Suitable for long-term use. Obtaining multiple copies is recommended!)

3. [SSR] Degenerate Blackrock Weapon
   - Increases wearer's final DMG dealt by 10%. This effect stacks.

(A great weapon to use until you get a UR weapon. Recommended for characters like Charlotte)

4. [SSR] Unbewusstes Probe Weapon
   - Whenever you play a Red card of cost 3 or more, random enemy receive 3% less healing. This effect stacks up to a maximum of 75%.

(A strong weapon that is still effective for long-term. Recommended for many characters like Arina, Charlotte, Connor, Ilona, Joshua, Katas, Margiela, Nayuta, Pelota, Stella, Suen, Tennie, Verlaine, and Wensheng.)

5. [R] Magic Wand Weapon
   - Playing a Purple card has a 20% chance to restore 1 Cost. The trigger rate stacks.

(A versatile weapon that helps recover cost for teams that use many Purple Cards.)

6. [SR] Resonance Fiber Armor
   - When the wearer's skill card is used, restores 3% of wearer's Max HP.

(Used as a temporary replacement until you obtain Simulated Stars. Any character can use this armor!)

7. [SSR] Mobius Accessory
   - Cards in your hand are replenished 0.25 seconds faster. This effect stacks.

(A great accessory that helps cycle your cards faster. Any character can use this Accessory!)

8. [R] Harrison Device Accessory
   - Playing a Yellow card restores 0.3 Cost. This effect does not stack.

(Only effective when you have several characters using Yellow Cards. Like Joshua, Nayuta, Pelota, Shizuru [Summer], Stella and Tennie.)

These are tips to enhance gears efficiently!

• Enhancing gear requires Nebula Matter, based on the XP gained. As you level up, the XP and Coin cost increase, so keep an eye on your coin balance!
• Every 10 levels, your gear can get a bonus effect.
• Start by leveling your gear to Lvl 30, then aim for Lvl 40. Only go beyond Lvl 40 if you have plenty of coins and materials!
• UR weapons for your main attackers should be your priority.
• Extra gear? Use it as an upgrade material and you’ll even get some coins back!

How to obtain early-game gear?

Early on, you’ll want to grab these must-have versatile gears:

• [SSR] Simulated Stars Armor
• [SSR] Mobius Accessory

These are random drops, so you’ll need to run stages a few times. But don’t worry, I've got tips to make it easier!

1. The Eternal Scuffle

• This is a weekend combat that opens every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• This is a game mode with 8 stages total in each attempt.
• At the exchange shop, prioritize exchanging for:
  Anita Fate Gear Box and Anita EX Gear Box

2. Special Supply and Crime Hunt

• Special Supply can be cleared 3 times per day.
• Crime Hunt can be cleared 3 times per week.
• Sweeps are enabled once a stage is cleared for the first time.
• Each battle uses** 40 clarity** per attempt.

Tip: Special Supply are day-limited battles, so don’t forget to run it on the right days!

3. Chaos and Reverb Buoys

• These combat areas appear randomly across the map, so keep an eye out!
• Chaos Buoys are one-time battles and has a chance to drop SSR equipment.
• Reverb Buoys last much longer and can be challenged repeatedly.
• You can challenge them once for 20 Clarity.

Tip: Consider challenging them only when you have some Clarity to spare!

4. Bounty Quests

• Bounties are unlocked as you reach a certain reputation in a city.
• Quests are reset daily!

5. Rest Areas - Local Shop

• Each city has an NC shop run by Arina that sells resources and Gear Boxes.
• The local shop sells random items on a weekly basis.
• If the equipment you're looking for is on sale, you can get it there!
• You can reset the local shop using a Night Chain coupon

6. Investment in Cities

• Investing in Cities with Coins will rewards you with Gear Boxes.
• UR gears can be obtained at City Reputation Lvl 15

Tip: Keep an eye on your Coin balance!

7. Events

• Be sure to check the events tab regularly to claim resources, gear, and limited items!

Extra tips:

• Do not level up gear below SR, since it’s a waste of materials.
• Do not upgrade gear past** Lv30 - Lv50** (depending on the type). By then, all special affixes are already unlocked, and further upgrades give very small stat gains while costing a lot.
• Do not forget to have fun playing! ☆
