Data collection policy

On the Kilo Code - Pricing page, there is a "Control data collection policy" feature only listed in the Teams subscription, but not in the Open Source / Free subscription.

Does this mean that the Open Source / Free version collects data, even when used with a local provider?
Or what does this feature entail exactly?
