I've tried to use memory-bank with kilo v4.79.2 but i've found some issues
After initializing it as instructed, it sometimes says the file is missing:
Error reading file .kilocode/rules/memory-bank:
Path provided was not a file!
Immediately after that, the .kilocode/rules/memory-bank folder exists, so you can proceed.
Are you confusing files and folders?

I tried if I could reproduce this, but i cannot. The memory bank is fully operated by the llm though, so it might be that some models are less able with it than other (though I did try to reproduce it with gemini flash). So if the problem persists I would try different models
