Pretty useful for the following reason:
- To make filming a lot easier
- To let more ppl join the event, whether just watch or act as a referee for races
- If in no respawn PVP ppl can still watch the fight while they are down (and can be marked as out of action)
- Increase the player count without more craft, like in battle spectator can be tank commander or weapons operator
A spectator mode that ia extra slot on top of normal player count, with following features:
- select camera option of a player and optional ability to fly around
- host be able to choose who's player and who's spectator, can act as a moderation tool
- Fly by view of the player on checkpoints of a race
- optional ability to operate player's craft via seat and interior controls (the player spawning the craft can disable the spectator or cick them out)
- Stock location for spectators (like the stadium seat, ATC tower or watch tower)
I think this could be very fun
