It starts downloading, adds hours, and then constantly resumes downloading.

Thats an issue with your internet/browser. Maybe try changing to Firefox? Also I see Cyrillic, so I assume you're Russian. We have had some issues that seems to stem from your government blocking access, trying a VPN could also help

Downloading via Firefox and VPN didn't help. Are there any other options? I saw a similar issue, and they solved it with a free installer, but they didn't say which one.

I tried downloading the file via BlueStacks, but it also gave an error. Maybe there's some other archive?

I wouldn't think so. Bluestacks isnt a download manager though
