Change some jobs from "NormalSpringfielders" to "RegularCharacters"

Not sure if I'd list this as a bug or not, because it's not wrong exactly, just a weird choice. There were three jobs introduced within the last year of the game that a majority of characters can go on. "EnjoyANightAtTheTheater" from ahardplaysnight_jobs and "ComplainAboutElectricBuzzing" and "BuyGroceriesAtAKindlingStore" from xmas2023_jobs.

While PremiumCharacters properly were set to do the jobs, they only set NormalSpringfielders were set to the jobs instead of "RegularCharacters". NormalSpringfielders is just the level-up questline characters, not all non-premium characters. Because of this, a large number of non-premium characters don't have access to these three jobs.

Should be a simple fix of just changing "NormalSpringfielders" to "RegularCharacters" in those jobs.

@unique sundial In case you missed it, I'm pretty sure these three jobs were intended to be jobs for everyone, but due to a mistake, they weren't made available for everyone. A small change will fix that, and allow every character to be sent on a task to a single building. So we could get a stack of over 800 thumbs. lol
