Both Gaby and Dorian have had this same issue at different times.
Dorian just restarted the game and tried to rejoin but couldn't. This was after he logged out of the game after we did a run. His name still shows up in the in-game voice chat.
Dorian wonders if him still showing in the voicechat means that the game still thinks he is in.
This could be the case now but shouldn't be when Gaby got this the first time yesterday as it was him joining for the first time.
