When starting the game, this window appears and after a while everything freezes (because of this I had to take a photo from my phone), I can't even move the computer mouse, it only helps to turn off the computer from the power supply at all (I don't know English well, I write through a translator, I apologize if something is unclear)

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

can you send the crash logs (see pinned post)? also how much ram does your device have?

I specifically left only the steam and the game open with 16 GB of RAM

strange, it seems to cutoff at texture initialization :( definitely a GPU/driver issue, but there shouldn't be one since your device is more than fine. i do see at least you can update to the latest version (2.8.2) but i am unsure how to fix your issue cry_bubblebear apologies

maybe try switching the GPU? (from NVIDIA to Intel)

This is looking bad for the game, if many players seem to be experiencing same kind of issues, but dev just keeps on asking to update graphic drivers. I get it it's not his fault, but you are the only who can do something about it. Just claiming the issue isn't fixable or not being sure how to fix it.... is a pathway to horrible ratings on steam. Just saying, please don't ruin your chances of
