Bug Description: When inspecting the survivors in front of the metal detectors, the flashlight will only light up in certain angles, making it very hard to see the survivor's skin when it is dark outside or in crazy weather.
How can the bug be re-created: Inspect a survivor and turn the flashlight on, and keep it on. Inspect the survivor like normal with the flashlight straight at the survivor, and then turn the flashlight to the right at a certain angle, and you will see the light shine. Turn the flashlight back to straight at the survivor, and the flashlight will stop shining.
Additional notes about the bug: You can get the flashlight to shine if you angle it just right to the right, but you end up having to look at the survivor weirdly.
Videos/Screenshots: First screenshot is looking at the survivor normal with the flashlight on. The second photo is the same survivor with the flashlight on turning it to the right at just the right angle.

It happens when looking at buildings too
This is a common one. I hope its fixed soon. It causes issues for some players when darker skinned survivors come through and you can’t tell whats going on throughout their skin.
This is an execellent description of the issue I have been having. Thank you for writing such a good description.
