Bug Description: During tutorials where you are in a menu, when the game wants you to select something it forces the cursor to the top left corner of the highlighted box.
If you are using a controller, the cursor is often not in a spot where the item can be selected. (In the image where the game wants you to select the Distribution tab, the hotkey doesn't work either, but that is a different item.)
How can the bug be re-created:
Start game with controller.
Proceed through game to first inspection.
Open Symptoms menu to trigger menu tutorial.
Try to select highlighted options with the controller.
Additional notes about the bug: This is a minor bug in that you can switch to your mouse to select the item, but also a serious bug because if you don't switch to your mouse you can't continue with the game.
I'll let a mod/dev decide which tag this deserves.
