To help avoid repetitive strain injury, could there be a setting to have actions that need a mouse button or keyboard key held, to instead be toggled? For example, clicking once starts scanning under clothes, and clicking again stops, instead of holding down the mouse button. Crouch, run, and zoom could also use the same setting.
