#No drone and enhanced soldier performance with weapon change

We have confiscated such as golden bats, etc. and even a flame thrower. While it's important to keep out of survivor camp, there is no reason we cannot use them
Instead, the drone should be secondary and we should focus on soldiers that stands on walls or vehicles, who are issued an assault rifle by default.
Right now, the 8 round explosive shell feels very lackluster, and there is not enough open area to shift between 1 and 3.
