when i first played it wasnt working so i reset my pc then i started to play again today thinking it was fixed but once i got to the point where i get tge scaner i cant pull it out so i cant even play and i dont think there are american keyboards availible in my country

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
Go to the Performance tab.

This is not a bug, there just isn’t custom key mapping available for the demo yet. You can try changing your windows settings to force the controls
