I'm on high quality and perfectly normal settings, however, I changed the sensitivity, turned down the volume and turned off motion blur. This may catch some people off as it nearly caught me off guard. It's not an insane bug whatsoever.
This is due to her clothes I'm 99% sure, but it does look like a scratch, I don't know how it may look on the lowest settings though so. Just letting you know, as I said it's not really bad at all.

## How to check your system specification:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
