Quarantine Soft Lock

Hello, I have found a bug where if you send someone to the quarantine area, if they're still walking to to the area and the person enters the quarantine box, if you press on someone else inspect them while the quarantine door is open, nothing happens and you can't inspect them ever again.

Description:
I have found a bug where if you send someone to the quarantine area, if they're still walking to to the area and the person enters the quarantine box, if you press on someone else inspect them while the quarantine door is open, nothing happens and you can't inspect them ever again.

Steps to Reproduce:
Send someone to the quarantine area
Quickly run to the quarantine box and click on someone to inspect them
80% of the time the person stays inside the quarantine box and you can't inspect them ever again

Expected Result:
The person should exit the box to be inspected

Actual Result:
They don't do anything
