Gun not shooting properly during drone phase

i have had it multiple times in the drone phases, that after reloading the gun to 100 bullets it would only shoot 1 bullet and i have to wait almost the same amount of time to reload again even tow i have 99 bullets left.
I have had this multiple times across different attempts in the demo

Come to think of it this actually happened to me as well and I forgot all about it until I saw this
