I've seen people cover this on bass but the bass in the original song is definitely a keyboard.

The frethand change should happen on that low E not after. I understand you are following tha pattern you establish later but for this first iteration its worth changing.
would be cool to have a tone change for this section and for the few times it gets repeated but ultimately its up to you. Main bass tone sounds good across my multiple basses.
I dont think there is one right way to do this section but I might tweak the frethand position potentially for this repeated section.
Move frethand position down to to 6 right after the first note (yellow 10) then switch back up for like you are currently doing for the blue 10 pops.
I would try changing it on a few of them and see if it seems better otherwise the way you have it is plenty fine.
