A station map that: - will be on an unreachable map ID (imagine CC except no evac to there) - has all of the needed monolith stamps - has a universal fax (can send to any faction/anyone) - *(optional)* Making it sovl. It can be a small shitfuck blacksite or literally a dev box, headmin doesn't mind.
