How good would you consider yourself to be in speaking and understanding English?
I'd consider myself to be pretty good.
Have you ever been banned from Monolith? If so, why?
Nope.
Do you have any active negative notes? If so, what for?
No.
Have you been whitelisted on any other servers?
No, this would be my first whitelist.
Why do you want to be whitelisted and do you understand that being whitelisted opens it up for numerous roles?
I want to be whitelisted because I very much enjoy monoliths gameplay loop, especially with the faction content, and I want to be able to take the command roles (Grand Vizier/TSFMC Colonel) so that I can better roleplay character growth and also help guide people who are new the the faction content, since a new player would probably be more inclined to listen to a Colonel than a Captain since one is locked behind a whitelist, and the other is simply ~15-20 hours on the team.
What is your most anticipated role, pending a whitelist?
Definitely PDV Grand Vizier
Regarding when playing a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with a soldier that is not receptive to your official orders? What would you do if they start to harm troops, or civilians? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.
If it is something of low severity, I would use the three strike system, ending with some sort of demotion or similar, though if it is something if high severity, I would have another soldier accompany them to keep them in line, though if they continue their behavior I would instruct others to bring them in dead or alive for rank removal and brigging.
Regarding when dealing with a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with your Commanding Officer giving out bad orders, and refuses to actively participate in authority and leadership roleplay? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.
If someone in a MCR role like Colonel, Vizier or similar was giving out bad orders and refuses to engage in any sort of roleplay regarding the role, I would try to act as a sort of advisor for them, giving them better ideas for orders or trying to convince them of different orders, and if that doesn't work I would stage something of a mutiny against them.
You are the Overseer, someone brings a Chimera onboard CC, explain your next actions thoroughly.
If someone were to bring a chimera aboard CC, I would immediately set the code to violet and arm myself as well as any station security present and instruct them to hunt it down, once the chimera has died, I would have janitorial staff help clean up biomass on the floor and have security assess whether the chimera bought/stole a ship and flew themselves to CC or whether someone willfully brought them there, assuming the latter, I would instate a bounty for the individual dead or alive to be brought to CC as well as an internal memo to security to arrest said individual for interrogation and subsequent arrest.

Reference the most recent ADS laws when answering this question. How would you INTERPERET all of these current laws?
Law 1: Work alongside other Asakim and ADS as well as help guide asakim as to what they should be focusing on.
Law 2: Obliterate any active bioweapons or vessels containing active bioweapons, whereas inactive ones are to simply be obtained and stored in a safe place to prevent their usage, and if a station has active beioweapons it is to be blocked off from the public to facilitate the removal of said bioweapons or if removal is infeasible, simply destroying the station.
Law 3: Don't get into fights within 256 meters of stations, do not intentionally move combat engagements within this range and ensure if a fight does enter said range, extra precaution is taken to not harm the station.
Law 4: All military cabable ships (including unknowns/unidentifieds) are to have their gunnery removed, non-hostile methods are to be attempted first before escalating to forceful measures.
Law 5: Any vessel not covered under the previous law that engage ADS or allies are to be rendered neutralized via any means necessary, otherwise do not engage non-miliatry/unknown ships.
Law 6: Ensure yourself, your vessel, and your allies take as little damage as possible, unless loss of technology is at stake.
