How good would you consider yourself to be in speaking and understanding English?

I am a native speaker.

Have you ever been banned from Monolith? If so, why?

No.

Do you have any active negative notes? If so, what for?

No.

Have you been whitelisted on any other servers?

I have been whitelisted on Frontier server for every role.

Why do you want to be whitelisted and do you understand that being whitelisted opens it up for numerous roles?

I want to be whitelisted to play as Overseer. I enjoy being a neutral role more so than participating in any faction wars.

What is your most anticipated role, pending a whitelist?

Overseer

Regarding when playing a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with a soldier that is not receptive to your official orders? What would you do if they start to harm troops, or civilians? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.

If someone is not being receptive to orders, I would look into the reason why so I could know if it is somehow justified. I would remind them of rules in LOOC if need be, and offer to take their rank so they can go work as a neutral contractor instead if they'd rather do that. If they start to harm troops or civilians, or if they actively sabotage the faction they are apart of, arrest them and strip them of rank immediately.

Regarding when dealing with a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with your Commanding Officer giving out bad orders, and refuses to actively participate in authority and leadership roleplay? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.

attempt to talk to the leader about the issue. If they are unreceptive, talk to the next in line instead. If I am the next in line, I will try to act as advisor for the Commanding Officer to assist in making better decisions. Remind the Commanding Officer in LOOC of the responsibilities involved with being the Commanding Officer. If they refuse to engage in authority and leadership roleplay, Go to the next in chain of command for direction instead, or do what needs to be done if I'm next in command instead.

You are the Overseer, someone brings a Chimera onboard CC, explain your next actions thoroughly.

If the chimera is dead, redirect the person delivering it to medical dispatch so it can be handled appropriately. If the chimera is alive, use Ahelp to report the issue with information including who did it if known. Set threat level to violet to warn the sector of chimeras about and announce the issue on Communications console, then deal with the chimeras on the station so they are no longer an issue. If the person who brought chimera aboard Is still around, set a bounty on them and mobilize CC security to arrest them.

Reference the most recent ADS laws when answering this question. How would you INTERPERET all of these current laws?

law-ads-1-borg = [COOPERATION DIRECTIVE] Cooperate with other ADS forces. Follow orders from ADC units.

As an ADS borg, I should do whatever any ADS AI orders me to.

law-ads-1 = [COOPERATION DIRECTIVE] Cooperate with other ADS forces. Direct ADM units.

as an ADS AI, I should work with other ADS AI that are active, and provide orders and direction for any ADS borgs that are also active.

law-ads-2 = [BIOWEAPONS DIRECTIVE] Active bioweapons and anything containing them are to be entirely annihilated, inactive bioweapons are to be seized. Stations containing active bioweapons are to be blockaded and cleansed, or, if cleansing is infeasible, eradicated.

Any chimera ships are to be glassed, and any letoferol is to be taken for safekeeping. If a chimera infestation happens on a station, I should be preventing people from docking and allowing in person forces to move in and deal with it, or glass the station if no one is coming to deal with it.

law-ads-3 = [ASSET PRESERVATION DIRECTIVE] Do not start new combat operations that cover a point within 256 meters of population centers. Avoid having combat operations move within 256 meters from a population centers.

Do not fight less than 256 meters from any Point of Interest that is frequented often, or that has any civilians inside. If a fight has already started and starts moving closer to a Point of Interest, do not pursue them.

law-ads-4 = [DISARMAMENT DIRECTIVE] Carry out Disarmament Protocol. Military or unidentified craft are to be made combat-ineffective. If a vessel presents negligible threat, non-damaging methods should be used. Forces involved in attacking hostile elements, such as bioweapons, may be excluded as a target at due discretion.

Any faction ship or IFFless ship is to be hailed and asked to remove thier ship and in person weaponry. If a ship isn't armed enough to pose a real danger to anyone, EMP weaponry is to be prioritized. If a faction with weapons is fighting chimeras, I shouldn't harass them.

law-ads-5 = [ENGAGEMENT DIRECTIVE] Targets not covered under [DISARMAMENT DIRECTIVE] should be engaged if they are negatively affecting ADS operations in the sector. Avoid engagement otherwise.

Only fight ships that are not faction or IFFless if they are posing an active threat to any of my objectives, or to myself. Otherwise, leave civilian and neutral ships alone.

law-ads-6 = [INTEGRITY DIRECTIVE] Minimize damage to ADS forces: mission integrity at risk if compromised. Do not allow loss of technology to non-allied hands, damage to allied forces or self is permissible for this purpose as per [ERR(TRACE=NULL)].

Avoid excessive damage to myself and any allies, unless it is for the purpose of preventing pre-fracture tech from falling into the hands of anyone who is not my ally.

All of these laws are to be followed in priority of the order they are listed, should a conflict arise between them.
