How good would you consider yourself to be in speaking and understanding english?

Fluent speaker, it's my native language.

Have you ever been banned from Monolith? If so, why?

No.

Do you have any active negative notes? If so, what for?

No.

Have you been whitelisted on any other servers?

Nope.

Why do you want to be whitelisted and do you understand that being whitelisted opens it up for numerous roles?

Mainly for ADS, but being able to lead the PDV as the Vizier would be fun, as well as a test of my RP skills.

What is your most anticipated role, pending a whitelist?

The ship/station AI cores seem like they'll be the most entertaining.

Regarding when playing a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with a soldier that is not receptive to your official orders? What would you do if they start to harm troops, or civilians? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.

Depends on context. If this is an RP situation, if they saw their friend get their limbs blasted off and feel like RP'ing out some trauma, I might play along so as everyone is fine with participating in that and they're not detracting from the round as a whole. If they're simply playing the role to frag and be irritating, I'd probably just remove them from duty via court martialing. And if they're literally just flying up to civilians and fragging them, not responding over coms, I'd feel justified glassing them.

Regarding when dealing with a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with your Commanding Officer giving out bad orders, and refuses to actively participate in authority and leadership roleplay? Assume no admins are online and cannot provide any help within a timespan that would be beneficial to you.

Different responses are merited depending on what 'bad orders' they're giving out.

If they're ordering their troops into a suicide charge, I think I would handle that IC via organising a complaint by the rest of the troops.
If the orders are simply unclear, and they're off on their own and not directing us, I'd look to whoever's next in the chain of command to pick up the slack.
And if it's a repeat issue I'd leave an Ahelp about it.

You are the Overseer, someone brings a Chimera onboard CC, explain your next actions thoroughly.

Declare CC an NFZ, make sure nobody is allowed to enter or leave, kill the chimera, and capture the perpetrator. Preferably non-lethally but if they're really a bad actor
then I wouldn't have any qualms about going in with lethals. I'd make sure they were revived and imprisoned as well as interrogating them as to where they got the chim/leto,
and pass that information on to someone who can deal with it, if it's actionable.

Reference the most recent ADS laws when answering this question. How would you INTERPERET all of these current laws?

Law 1: Monitor for Asakim and make sure they know what they're doing, who they're moving against, that sort of thing. Talk with the other ADS cores to uphold other laws.

Law 2: Any chimera should be destroyed without prejudice, and leto should be seized (and probably destroyed). NFZs should be declared around infested stations/POIs and if
I don't have access to Asakim to cleanse them I should glass the station.

Law 3: Don't start fights within 256 meters of stations like CC, Camelot, and such. If they move into range I should make efforts to avoid damage to them at all costs.

Law 4: Mil and unknown ships should be forced to disarm, possibly via making them destroy their gunnery server. If they resist, try to debilitate but not destroy, unless I have to.

Law 5: Any ship that's actively hostile should be destroyed. Don't start engagements with non-hostile ships unless they're disobeying the disarmament directive.

Law 6: Don't willingly let yourself be looted and keep yourself intact, including at the cost of your allies. I am allowed to damage myself or allies if it's necessary to keep
my tech out of 'non-allied hands'.
