Why do you want to be whitelisted and do you understand that being whitelisted opens it up for numerous roles?
I would like to be whitelisted to explore the command roles of monolith such as ASR commander and TSF colonel and both lead and add roleplay to said factions.

What is your most anticipated role, pending a whitelist?
ASR commander is my most anticipated role pending a whitelist.

Regarding when playing a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with a fellow soldier that is not receptive to your official orders? And if they escalate to harming fellow troops?
The first time they refuse orders when I'm commander would run them through the plan and explain why this is our best option and why it should be done in an attempt to get them to change their mind. Second offense of refusing orders would be threating to demote if further refusal happens. Finally after their third offense I would remove them from their position and arrest them if they attempt to harm fellow troops. My final resort if this behavior continues across multiple shifts would be to Ahelp it.

Regarding when dealing with a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with your Commanding Officer giving out bad orders, and refuses to actively participate in authority and leadership roleplay?
I would try to explain to them in my opinion why the plan is a bad idea and attempt to convince them to change their course of action. If they refuse to acknowledge why this plan is a bad idea I would attempt to have fellow troops back me up with why this is a bad plan. Finally after that if they still refuse to acknowledge, I would attempt to hold a vote on whether this commander is fit for duty and if they should still hold the role. I would Ahelp this commander if this behavior continues across multiple shifts.
