Have you ever been banned from Monolith? If so, why?
Never
Do you have any active negative notes? If so, what for?
None
Have you been whitelisted on any other servers?
None at all
Why do you want to be whitelisted and do you understand that being whitelisted opens it up for numerous roles?
There's a lot of roles locked behind whitelist that I feel interested in. I look forward to exploring each role and what I can do to add to the round with them. I'm most interested in the more bureaucracy of being a TSFMC Colonel especially, handling and overseeing everything, being able to pay those who are actively working towards getting the materials and research for everyone to enjoy, etc.
What is your most anticipated role, pending a whitelist?
TSF Colonel
Regarding when playing a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with a fellow soldier that is not receptive to your official orders? And if they escalate to harming fellow troops?
It realistically depends on the orders. If it's something small like I wanted to run a Polaris fleet as TSF Colonel and a marine said they didn't want to, whatever. If it's someone refusing to listen to orders for organization and just running off doing their own thing to the detriment of the TSF, I'd likely try doing my best to explain it without getting into arguing territory over comms, but ultimately I'd rather be lenient because I know not everyone wants to always do X thing. If someone however was actively ignoring commands to the point they'd be actively fucking up their other TSF, I'd likely strip them of their TSF gear, rank, and access and send them off to be a civilian. If they get to the point of harming TSF at any point, regardless of the issue, I'll set them as KOS to be forcibly stripped and thrown into brig, possibly executed if they start causing mass casualties to TSF personnel.
Regarding when dealing with a Militaristic Command Role; How would you deal with your Commanding Officer giving out bad orders, and refuses to actively participate in authority and leadership roleplay?
I'd personally likely end up pointing out the issues I see with problematic or just pointless orders, although trying to avoid arguing if possible. As for refusing to participate in authority and leadership, I would personally try to push and engage them to actively taking charge, helping them as they might just be new to the idea. If they continue to refuse to take charge and lead, I'll try my best to help fill the gap while ahelping them in return. It's fine if they don't know what they're doing, we were all there once, but actively refusing to play the role while taking the command slot should be dealt with.
When playing as an ADS Core/Manipulator you understand that while you're an antagonistic ghost role, you are not to immediately wipe out any non-mil vessels on sight, as well as give IFFless vessels plenty of opportunity to respond appropriately and identify itself.
I completely understand this, and have personally had experiences that were much better by ADS being lenient in not opening fire. I've had instances of being damaged or injured along with crew members that we were given extra chances to identify and time for the ADS to wait for us to actively stop bleeding out, and plan that if I ever play ADS to give IFF-less ships time to actually engage in the situation, civilian or faction.
