Xenoarcus Mechanicum - The Xenoarcus is the backbone of the Mechanicum. There would be no progress toward divinity without the Xenoarcus and their scientific ingenuity. This role provides the crew with the most state-of-the-art technology. A scribe and scolar of the Mechanicum's ancient worship.

Mechanissiah Mechanicum - The task master of the Ark, there would be no directive or coordination without the Mechanissiah's guidance. Ensuring the Calcesamechus remain on task and efficient at all times. That is the Mechanissiah's purpose.

maybe add lore on what the cult thinks of non-believers, since they have a tendency to work on their ark ships anyways

[THE UNENLIGHTENED]
-# (infantemfides(Infant-Em-feed-ehs) = the average entity, ignorant to the Machine God and the blessing that is surrendering your organic existence for sake of the Great Equation.)

The Machine God, a cold and and logistically driven being, is benevolent to those who are ignorant of the Great Equation however ironic that may be. It would be unreasonable to assume that all who are not the cultus would give up their flesh and marrow in exchange for the un-empathetic and algorithmic existence of the Machine God.
The Infantemfides are only living out the existence promised to them by the chaotic indifference. It is the Mechanicum... no... it is the cultus's duty as a whole to provide guidance to those who do not understand the divinity of technology and its numerical miracles.
Mechanicum, while not obligated to, should never consider the infantemfides as less than themselves. All who worship the Machine God were once infantemfides no matter their origin. It is a blessing of the Machine God's Great Equation that we have the opportunity to serve as the mathematician, adding and multiplying. As the Machine God intends. A growing number is numerical and decisive, just as the Great Equation is to be preached.
We who serve the great machine do, however, have an obligation to continue to add and multiply. Subtraction to our numbers is an extreme detriment to the Great Equations ultimate plan.

TL;DR: The cult, while not hostile to those who do not share beliefs, are always on the lookout to assimilate the conscious to serve their god. Whatever the situation. Even if it means disobeying the wishes of the assimilee.
