Is it allowed to map a borg directly onto a ship so that it comes with one right out of the gate?

I know there are borgs on the automated attack ships but this is specifically about civilian ships

You'd probably be better off simply including Cyborgs in the ship jobs

Though I don't think you can set borg type via ship jobs, it's just the default one

i.e. can't have a service borg
