The Resomi are very clearly based off/a copy of Avali. So, I think it could be cool to bring in the Avali's government. I realize somethings would likely have to be changed, such as the Resomi's name/Avalis name for Monolith lore, but even with that I think this could be a cool to see. I said USSP because Avali would likely far more understand communistic ideals over anything else, so it would be fitting that they work with the USSP.
