If you end a round with less than 75k balance, you should immediately shoot back up to 75k

Shouldn't be too difficult to explain this. All characters start with 75k, and most players if they end up going below 75k by the end of round just reimport the character to get back to 75k. Having it automatically go back up would just save the hassle and provide some leeway for new players who don't fully understand the game

Only issue might be withdraw 75k, hide, put money character, find, deposit

But either way thar can be done right now with new characters

So its not really a issue
