One last thing; When employment is taken into consideration I like to imagine the company acts as quite literally just an NGC (The people in the NGC making calls being their investors presumably) workforce, meaning NGC is capable of firing anyone in the company should they desire it since they hold all of its' shares. (Not that they will garaunteed)
