yeah if you're using sand then my best tip is to just be really patient. i think my run took like 30+ minutes. But it'll get you through it

got through basically all of the final fight without getting hit (i only got hit toward the end cuz i was getting greedy trying to finish him off lmao)

for bosses you feel very hesitant fighting, placing sand castles down and waiting for them to run/fly into it works pretty well

btw I'll share you my other sand tips

• the highest damaging moves are charged golem fist and up b out of the shield attack. golem fist is generally easier to use and less risky, but the shield jump into sand tornado is good for flying bosses (be sure not to bump into em). as for golem fist, be sure to only use it when you know you have a window of opportunity. Additionally, aim to space it so that the fist itself isn't hitting the boss, but rather the shockwave in front of it, as it does 20% more damage.
• your shield attack (pressing attack out of shield) does have i-frames, meaning you can get out of a sticky situation so long as you're not inside the boss or a projectile at the end of the jump. remember that you can angle your sand jump's trajectory! and it can be a good way to finish off a boss if they have just a sliver of health
• like I mentioned before, sand castles are incredibly versatile. destroys some projectiles, can hit bosses in the air and on the ground - and even remains standing while you hide. you can also place multiple at a time so long as they aren't overlapping
• when a boss is floating above you and isn't about to hit you, it can be good to go for standing sand tornado. just be sure you have time to fully execute the move before hiding again.
