Been wondering about the implications of Wii and deluxe being separated universes
Both Wii, Deluxe and their respective ex modes seem to all lead to the same fate of Magolor Epilogue, which was already implied to exist long ago
The kicker here is that both timelines (universes), if the epilogue plays the same for both, lead to Kirby Clash and therefore Merry Magoland and all that, which leads to some points;

1. If both timelines, despite being separate, lead to the clash timeline, then it is necessary for two clash timelines to exist, one for the Wii version and one for deluxe. Coincidentally we have two different clash games so that could work I guess?

2. This would mean that each "universe" has its own "clash dimension" (Wii Universe would be Wii Clash, Wii mainline, Wii Halcandra, etc) or perhaps there are infinite clash dimensions and normal dimensions and they are all connected in the same way (example: Mainline Dimension A can connect to Clash Dimension B)

3. There is possibly a paradox in the time travel shenanigans of Merry Magoland, if we assume that both Wii version and Deluxe version lead to the construction of it. The difference between Wii timeline and Deluxe timeline is that the shop Waddle Dee has traveled "to the past" in Deluxe, while I'm the Wii timeline, that is yet set to happen. However, if it is to happen, it should already had happened. This can only mean that this follows the multiverse theory of time travel as I explained in some previous posts. Basically, time travel is simply travel to a separate timeline at a different time era, parallel to the original timeline. We could therefore say that Wii is the original timeline and Deluxe is the timeline affected or created by this "time travel". The Magolor of Deluxe will very likely do the same and build magoland and connect it to once again another timeline, which should also have the same connection deluxe has with magoland. This would go on infinitely

For me, I get frustrated pretty easily. And my hand eye coordination is unreliable for whatever reason. If I have to redo a thing over and over, especially if it's more than just a few minutes long, I'm probably just going to get mad and quit.

So for True Arena stuff, my goal is often to get through however possible. Anything goes, cheese strats, items, Amiibo, whatever. I want to succeed without breaking my tv in a rage.

But after that first time, if it felt like a fun one to replay, I'll often go back and do it again, practicing until I'm actually reasonably good at it. Like, I really love running UCZ with no ability. But my first go was full potions, Morpho sword, and a bunch of retries. Having done it once gave a frustration buffer and a bit of foreknowledge into how the fights work, especially the often surprise ones that only exist in the arena.

ucz is odd because I really like replaying with boosts on mainly because it feels like if I'm gonna be using an ability, I should be using it optimally right? and slamming bosses with a full power toy hammer is just too fun. but yeah that's the reason my no ability run was the first time I turned boosts off lmao

also about what you said - YEAH I get agitated if I keep dying to true arena. just don't wanna pull my hair out

sometimes it's better when revisiting and you're more familiar with the patterns - or the fact there's less pressure to win since you've already won

I wonder why Grand Doomer and Grand Doomer Ex don't have the mast, then. I know they don't in the original rtdl.

Maybe it's just to not give the impression the mast has significance whereas ||the apple still has significance in the same mode, becoming the final boss and all.||

urgh, I'm thinking of that True Arena is related to death set of headcanons

like the souls/memories/thoughts of the bosses gathers in a true arena.. it makes sense in this particular scenario ||where the fragments of the fruit, the rampaging doomers' act of collecting them, and just the state of being fragments wouldn't be an individual thing or a very big memory. Kinda implies the apple is sentient- which isn't that weird considering how many things are sentient in this series and also considering if it's supposed to be a "Fruit of Knowledge," which, yeah.. anyway, the apple would probably be more focused on when it was whole and its power was being used (brand new sentences..)||

that headcanon kinda ||makes magolor soul's death feel less real. But hey, if Parallel bosses can be made from thoughts.. and believably be individuals..|| I dunno, in some cases I prefer the idea that the true arena is a retelling, though the whole doomer not having their collectibles thing makes it seem like they weren't part of a story being retold through the arena

it might be neat if ||Magolor Soul wasn't just pure negativity, but a heap of things that were shed, abandoned, "cleansed" from Magolor and the crown, to the point where it could count as an individual. But then there's the whole "Lor's voice singing out Magolor's thoughts and pleas in the soundtrack," though I still haven't heard those particular sound effects in great detail||
