After being sent to the Clash dimension, he set up an armor shop to fund his theme park dream. After TKCD be helped out in SA and returned to that world for SKC. Eventually he came back to the main world ready to make his new park. He ended up making a connection with it to the past specifically during the events of RTDL, possibly as a test run before opening it in his own time period. ||

My guess is he is created by Dream Kingdom Forgo and tries stealing Parallel Landia's crown and the gem apple tree, and when Magolor tries to stop him he accidentally gets possessed by the crown and becomes Traitor Magolor. HOWEVER, that's just the fake-out final boss, as once Magolor is defeated the Crown moves to Forgo and Crowned Elfilis is the true final boss. ||

Personally I feel like every person familiar with Jp I talk to says google translate is better while casual people say deepL is better
