So, something I noticed. Don't expect it to actually mean anything, just an observation
||So the Master Crown is obviously connected to Void, we knew that from SA and now the connection has been made even more obvious. Interestingly, though, Magolor Soul (which is merely a manifestation of the crown's power) has a white mouth and red eye that's reminiscent of Zero and the Master Crown's tree form has a Gem Apple eye that's more reminiscent of Dark Mind. The two forms of the Crown mirror (ha) the forms Dark Matter takes in both the main universe and Mirror/Clashverse||

Void is already described as the ancestor/progenitor of all life and the Master Crown taking the form of a giant tree is a pretty big brain move on Kumazaki's part||

||He may have come to Pop Star with ulterior motives, lying to Kirby and friends and using them as a means to an end, but he did genuinely come to enjoy his time on Pop Star and view them as his friends. Once he got the Crown, he let the power get to his head and paid the ultimate price.||
||True Arena Magolor Soul is insane. I love the implication that he was actually holding back the Crown from murdering his friends in the first phase and only after it completely overpowers him (closing his eyes) is its true power actually revealed. Even then, you can hear Magolor's screams in the background and he manages to come through in the pause screen, much like Haltmann.||
||In the epilogue, he manages to destroy the Crown for good, not only absolving him of his sin of lying (with some very heavy symbolism thrown in) but also becoming more powerful without it, showing that he no longer needs it now that he has his friends.||
||I also really like the Lor's development in this game, with the pause screen implying it was vaguely aware of Magolor's ambitions from the very start and deliberately crash-landed to stop him from becoming unstoppable. But eventually Magolor manages to truly change for the better, and the Lor presumably comes back for him in the Clashverse.||
||I really love what they've done with Magolor's character here. All we had before was "oh sorry here's a theme park please forgive me for trying to take over the universe" and Kirby was like "ok" but now it feels like he's actually a changed person. And I gotta say, this also makes his Clash dialogue (particularly when he jokes about taking over the Dream Kingdom) that much more impactful. Magolor hasn't just been magically forgiven like in the original game (or Hyness cough cough), he actually has to redeem himself and face his sins head on, both figuratively and literally. And I'm proud of him for that||

Because of that, even if he didn't truly feel any kindness for him, he gained a lot of respect for Kirby for actually saving his life. As such, he repays his favor by creating a whole theme park (likely using his devious finances from SKC) accustomed to Kirby.||
