i think song represents the sheer intensity of the fight rather than frantic nature of it

other example i can think of is miracle matter. fight is not particularly frantic because it's kirby 64 we're talking about, but music goes crazy

ok but the thing is his attacks actually move animation-wise constantly like even if u say the Tornado attack takes like 2 seconds he's still "moving fast" animation-wise

while Metal General is like

raises in the air with the most telegraped beams of zappy projectiles and charges forward with a spinning blade that legitimately looks so slow

MK in SS's charge attack is slow because he does a windup for the slash but he moves fast towards the target, Metal General is slow because there's a wind up and the actual movement itself is slow

especially those silly missiles of his. Whispy's puffs are more faster than that i bet
