Like I personally believe that ZA got delayed because of the response to SV - so maybe if they did another bdsp they'd aim to give it a glow up even if they don't technically have to.

The design is also just too complicated to fit with Pokemon's style. The animation, while fluid, is also aimless. Its swimming in place, doing deliberate movements to push itself forward, except not really. I dont think they'd animate something like that for overworld movement.
Lastly the UI is easily explainable, the creator just needed to wait until GF showed the UI of the game to easily replicate it. Can't imagine it to be too difficult for them given they already did all this. I'd be far more suspicious of this video if it leaked 6 days before the presentation and not after
