Since paradox pokemon are all about being impossible pokemon, with their very own existence being a paradox, maybe the ||pkhex features could involve creating impossible pokemon, but not in the way of "mesh different body parts to create a new pokemon" but yes on "make a pokemon with moves that it does not learn and an ability it can't have"||

||this would lead to absolute chaos but that's like the point of paradox pokemon and why they're so dangerous||

||Pokémon created this way would require some stupid rare item as well as X amount of the drops of the pokemon you wanna create. I guess you would be handled one of said rare item in the DLC story and then you'd have to farm for more in whatever new type of raids the DLC could bring.
They would obviously be banned in competive except for maybe one new ruleset for those who are insane||
