You can always do it again, you just have to be in the area for a while before it spawns the event in. Same with the other 2 events!

I just helped a friend with this a couple days ago. We went over and farmed for phosphene guns at pango bango. You could also go kill genone or skull orchid to pass the time. Just check map every 5-10mins to see when the event spawns in.
I stayed near it. I think pango bango is like 3-400m away. It popped in about 20 mins. But is a random timer is think. You can stay right at the event if you want. I just don't like sitting still lol.
I think any stage. Although we got gold on our run.
