+25% Action Skill Cooldown Rate
Repkit: Any repkit with Deadeye (doesn't have to be legendary. I want just the firmware)
Shield: Super Soldier /w Brimming + Capacity /w Deadeye
Enhancement (purple): Dangerous Reactive Premiere /w High Caliber
Primed Potency
Gun Damage +25%
Gun Status Effect Chance +25%
Weapons: Any SMG with stickies and an underbarrel taser (must be kinetic damage with shock taser), Plasma Coil (Shock/Radiation) and Katagawa (Incendiary/Shock) /w Jakobs
