This is not a qbcore error.
Go to rocketnode and ask them for help as it's is there panel installer

Well (and talking from experience of Rocketnode) open a support ticket with them and get them to enable txadmin on your panel.

Then you can use the recipe deployer for qbcore

But you could be waiting a while, the support there is shocking
