Error : no error, just need guidance. I'm trying to add a ped to stand behind the police counter. It doesn't need to do anything. It's just for flavour.
What's the issue your experiencing: I can't figure this out. I know it has to be simple but I'm lost. No detailed walkthrough needed, but a robust hint would be amazing.

What measures and steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue:
I added this to config.lua (blatantly stolen from city-hall to no avail lol)
