If a team holds ball on their side of the court for 30s+ in one play, it will be automatically given to the closest player of the other team.
Hate these bozos getting 9 points up then timewasting, or timewasting people's awakenings.

30s is very little for a 7 minute game and I'm all for this but the way u explained it is weak as you did not consider the time limit and also no matter what even if this is added it can't be balanced well so no matter were gonna have to live with time wasting for now
