Base moveset:
1st Move (off-ball) Rex Jump
Similiar to snatch but with much higher leaping like star, when u catch the ball you unlock a second move
Roar where u roar as u fall on the ground with the ball stunning enemies around u for 1 second (note:
range should be balanced and not broken like the tatlis puddle move range)
2nd Move (on-ball) Rushing Fang
User will simply starts running with the ball (not travel) to get closer to the hoop,
if u ran over someone u stun them for 1 second as they get hit by your power
2nd Move (off-ball) Jurassic Sprint
user starts running like a maniac, not letting anyone catch to him
(very similiar to stars dash but this one doesnt steal but focuses one pure speed
and closing the distance/positioning themselfs in front of the hoop)
