This ability passes a fake slightly translucent ball that fades away once received while letting the user continue to hold and use the real ball
This move has a cd of 30 seconds
C - Thunder (off the ball)
A quick slam/slap downwards with lightning effects that will slap away passes (ability passes too) and if used like a steal, slap the ball out of someone's hands. This move has a cd of 60 seconds
V - Cloud Clone
The user can use this ability to place a cloud on their half of the court that after a 3 second interval cd, they can swap with/teleport to by pressing the key again. If anyone walks into the cloud when it's summoned it dissipates and the move goes on a 50 second CD, if the move is successfully used it instead goes on a 60 second cd
Awk - usable with ball a cutscene plays where the user starts dribbling as black clouds begin to cover the sky and the user says "This is gonna be a blast!"

V - Twister Pads
This move summons two small swirling winds near the opponent's 3 point line that the Storm or their teammates can use to dunk by boosting off the wind to the hoop. This dunk can be blocked and is incompatible with flows that give unblockable dunks. This move has two charges with a 25 second interval cd
B - Hurricane
Usable at half court this move starts a cutscene where the user begins a rush towards the hoop, blowing one opponent out the way with strong winds, shocking two opponents next in the way, and then boosting with wind at their feet to them dunk on one last opponent summoning a tiny cloud to rain on them after getting posterized
